Ordering and Shipping

Eminent Fragrances currently fulfills fragrance orders only to eligible domestic U.S. destinations. International orders and perfume shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not offered.

Orders are typically prepared in 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and postal holidays. Alcohol-based fragrances and independently prepared decants ship by legally approved ground transport (USPS Ground Advantage when eligible), with required protective packaging and markings. Ground Advantage normally delivers in approximately 2–5 business days after acceptance, but delivery may be slower for some destinations, weather, and restricted shipments. Processing and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Any available shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. A label being created does not mean the carrier has accepted the shipment.

Returns and order problems

For exchanges, contact us first. An approved exchange is handled as an authorized return under this policy and a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery to request return authorization. Please contact us before sending anything back. After authorizing a return, we will provide the return address, a prepaid return label, and shipping instructions directly.

An item must not have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery. Partial bottles and decants are eligible when you provide clear fill-level evidence. We will inspect the returned item to verify its condition before approving a refund. For safety, do not mail fragrance without the return instructions and prepaid label we provide.

Eminent Fragrances LLC pays the return shipping cost for authorized returns. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for standard returns. If your order arrived damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that apply under applicable law.

After the returned package is delivered to us, we will inspect the item, notify you of our decision, and initiate any approved refund within 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding observed U.S. federal holidays. If delivery occurs on a business day, that day is day one; otherwise, day one is the next business day. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Product Presentation and Brand Independence

Individual fragrance listings display the size selected at checkout. Unless a product is explicitly described as an original manufacturer bottle, decant sizes are independently prepared and packaged by Eminent Fragrances in separate atomizers. Manufacturer photographs, if used, identify the fragrance rather than the container shipped. Eminent Fragrances is an independent seller; fragrance brands are identified for product identification only, not to claim official affiliation or endorsement.
